  Payments & Cancellations

• All payments are due at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled class or event to avoid a cancellation fee or loss of payment

• We reserve the right to deny or cancel services due to non-payment or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in any of our activities or using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. You agree that Abundant Life Adventure & Gym and its team are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation, except as required by law.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Warranties & Guarantees

We strive to create life-giving, positive, and transformative experiences, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Your results may vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in or nearest to Dickson, Tennessee.
